November Late Bugged

Well I finally got a new game to play! Yay! and I have been hitting otherworld hard for 4 days around the clock so its time for some actual vacation.

Whats New:

New Quest Turn in Pop up!
2 New Quests(Realtors Twins, Lace and Mew's Maid)
1 New Class(Cow Girl Tier 2)
3 New Jobs(Milking, Painful Lockdown, Erotic Lockdown)
50+ New Items(Just tons of new stuff)
1 New Slave Yoruichi
2+ working new effects(Yes there are a ton that were added but not working)
2 New Rooms(Dungeon, Milking Parlor)

I want to thank everyone on the boards who have been putting up with my crazy requests the last few days to help speed stuff up. You guys were great.

Since this is a bugged release would apreciate if you guys didn't share it, until a debugged release comes out.

August Bug fix version

I swear this is the last update for August (unless something really stupid needs to be fixed.) There are some issues with indexing on the main screen going to fix them someday but not today, or tomorrow. But atleast all those bugs are stomped. Download links are to your left.

bug - lesbian trib and cun were backwards - fixed
bug - house jobs when changing always list rest when you access the page... not really a bug since it was never coded to remeber - it does now - fixed
bug - nymphomania label getting cut off on icon changer - made all labels on this page longer - fixed
bug - nymphomania box not showing up on icon changer - but do show up on main screen - fixed
bug - whore job doesn't increase stats - does lower lust but thats it - nothing was there - fixed
bug - native text not showing on character screen roll over - unable to duplicate - did modify value text size so it fits better - fixed
bug - getting the princess also gives you another slave - unable to replicate - tried after selling another girl - unable to replicate - tried with multiple girls in the array - unable to replicate - tried selling one slave and switching character in town screens - unable to replicate - and then replicated - not sure how or why - hmm purchasing 3rd girl maybe? - yep - and 2 is bugged too - bwahahaha - cleaned the girltemparray - fixed
bug - girl sold for nothing (est value 2) - girls who sell for under 5 gold will no longer be sold at all - fixed
bug - getting I screwed up text on sale screen (no class maybe) - fixed
bug - float over text in auction sell is all screw ups - fixed
bug - instrument being cut off in character screen - fixed
bug - left right girl buttons still have old listeners when going to other rooms - sell auction - fixed
new symbol - New Game Button - for those who couldn't figure out click anywhere ;_;
note -a couple people reported that the colision when taking girls out of the pens new girl always go to first room this collision will be changed when I begin updating the rooms.
bug - cleaning is cut off in room screen - fixed
bug - was reported that cleaning icon doesn't show percentage - unable to replicate
bug - item effects not happening - hoping the brand issue fixed this - checking with dildo lust should increase every shift and obedience should decrease it is not - passing effect 18... which is the item number not the effect number - These were probably all working until I shifted the item numbers of item effects to make them more standardized - fixed
new symbol - next button added to show with main text per board recomendation
bug - loading just crashes game - golf clap - seems to only crash when girls have items equipped - effects are fine - girls and equipment still in array when loading items colliding - gah that was all that was needed now that stripgirl() function is working correctly - fixed
bug - saveing and loading changes stats and items - unable to replicate - probably was fixed with last bug fix
bug - can't advance time after doing a load - game crash - GameArray[girl].girlEffect[i].toString() is the cause as a null? cant trace - ah the function was not being reattached on load - fixed
--- one bug uncleared --- Girl Images when purchasing at Block are not matching girl - can't work on nude images at work - can't replicate

Grats to Mr. Anonymous, that was Lorelei from Saber Marrionette J. Another of the great forgotten series, excellent harem anime, with the simplest plot of all time rescue the princess. Did I mention that Megumi does Lime a dopey android, though I'm more of a cherry fan to tell you the truth. Go watch it, it's worth it.

August Update

One day early but I really want to get to working on the rooms and homes, which means I will most likely break the build for a couple days...weeks... ye... nevermind. Download link is to your left.

Main upgrades in this version: new girl Blonde Princess (name pending contest on blog), branding, brand effects, 10 new items, new quest: Sugar's Needle, saving and loading, rework of sex acts(not all pictures in place), classes can now be learned, some items are lockable, new locations: Guild Hall and Blacksmith.

To get the blonde princess walk a slave in town until you meet her, until I get a quest set up for her.

If you have any problem playing the file try playing it in a browser.

bug - opening walkthrough love potion script is working issue with the new class change scripts before it - finally fixed.. PITA
moved save and load button to the option screen... they were annoying on the main screen. kept accidentally clicking them when paging through text.
bug - first shift change in tutorial doesn't actually advance time. - complete and unterly cheated - fixed
bug - free gift present only getting last line of text - bug created by the PITA - fixed
credit screen formatted its ugly but fine i guess
girls will display some image, even if its incorrect, until i get the generic images in place.


Last chance for you guys before I declare victory and I think I have finally found your weakness... 35 year old shoujo anime. Now that I know your weakness I will be sure to exploit it.

Otherworld ~ Proof of Concept Download

Download is to your right. I will repeat that this is a proof of concept and not a fully working game. It's just to show what the game will look like and to see if there is any real problems with format. A lot of images are just ? because it takes time etc. Not really going to say much more, thats up to you guys.
