Tutorial Now goes to pens

Tutorial makes it all the way to the pens.  That's comments from each assistant for every move between the main screen to the auction to purchasing a slave and back to the main screen and then to the pens.  This why tutorial is default off when I debug.

Cards now work better and better

Okay so you can now add sex acts to the main card and see it them updated when you do that act.  That's not a bad upgrade I don't think, float over for it works too.  Good enough for a day off.



I know i have been slacking lately.  Had some internet/computer issues that I had been basically ignoring and reading Champione! instead.  But now back to working on bugs.

Cards now no longer show empty classes and float over works on the right wing.  Still need to add Sex classes but its better.

Another day of encoding the tutorial

Text is now encoded for everything up to the pens for the tutorial.  The events themselves still need to be done but these type of things need time.  Tutorial seems to be the number one thing that people are asking for now from the interface and I aim to please.

Slow Day

Just lazing around pretty dead after a few weeks of constant playing with the game.  Did encode some more of the tutorial but that was about it.  The release seemed to go off with out a hitch for a first.  And generally positive reviews will wonders never cease.  Will put up stats when I get a chance.

Release Feburary Bugged

Febuary Bugged (Intentionally Misspelled)  Not all bugs fixed from January but still lots of minor stuff like:

Pregnancy may work now.
Missing should be tougher.
Cards give stats with job and text.
Clicking the main text advances.
Missing girls can't be sold.
Dehumanizing, meditate, and fortune telling have returned.
Anal Beads no longer crash the game.

and many more.





I'm sure something will go wrong with these but I'm going to sleep.

Fortune Telling Returns

Fortune telling has returned... lets not ask where it was.  Meditate should be back soon hopefully tonight.   Some other bugs killed.  Once again polishing the shit ball.

Seems like the only suggestion is to give "Two Snips" a quest for a model idea by David.  Expect I will get to it soon...

Quest Makler 80% done

Quest Maker is about 80% done.  All programmed just need to actually run a quest through it and build the float over help.

So I was wondering who on main street still needs a quest.  Any suggestions has to be a simple train the slave quest for testing?

Quest Maker

Quest maker about 70% done now.  Quest maker basically makes quests for you, and me.  Does all the automated crap work and molds it into something that can be just dropped into xml.

Bugs, icons, and events

This is what google gave me with "bugs icons events anime"  I'll take it.

All classes now have icons instead of "?"  This was a common and understand complaint.  I can't say they are good but they do exist.

Squashed some random non-work safe bugs including events.  A few of the more fun items have there effects restored.

Still shooting for a release around February 22  Don't expect all bugs to be fixed or much in the way of new content.

Eve Keys

Some bug fixes and now key events have there own event creator.  As you can see from the picture it gives as much help as it possibly can.  I think its a nice help much better then trying to go through my documentation...

Branding and Pregnancy

I think I got pregnancy to work again including morning sickness.

There are now a few working brands.

No matter how much I try there is always more bugs.

Also tried to balance the whore job.  And started a topic on it on the forums.  It makes a lot less money now.  Balancing is going to become a more and more common problem.  This is something I need help with since I don't play the game long enough normally to need to check balancing.

Bugs suck.

Relaxed a bit back to bugs

This will never happen.

Playing around with the sex bugs and clearing them since for some reason tonight is an off night.  I still plan to release middle to end of the month.  Though I doubt all known bugs will be cleared at that point.

Still ugly but can now add items.  Still working on building a check for items hope to have that done by tonight.

Some writers out there poking at the events on the writers wanted forums can always need more text if you guys are bored.

Tired of bugs or a new toy

Meet the event creator its ugly its a bastard but it makes events for you.  For those of you who have 0 programming experience this thing will form the xml for you force you to put it in the right way only and give float over help.  All you have to do is copy and paste the text into the actual xml file...

I promised that I would create this a while back and I'm tired of bugs.  Right now it only works for effects but for those with SVN access give it a try.  Soon I hope to have it working for all event types.

Tiring Night

Basically I want to point out the asshole (me) and the Help! section over on the right hand side.  I want to be the most encouraging helpful person on the planet, but that is just not me.  And I am tired of "where can I down load the game", comments on the blog or e-mails.  Another is the "I can't play the game."  The download one to me is just amazing and yet it is so common it makes me fear for humanity.  

For all those new and old we have a thing called forums.  Forums are designed so that the community can share an answer.  So that common problems are discussed and solved.  So that we as a people can communicate with one another.  It's not like the top of the blog as said for years don't post comments go talk on the forum.  

I do tech support for a living both low level and high level and it is soul wearing enough with out having to do it for a hobby.  No matter what level it is though the majority of questions are solved with a link to the FAQs.  People just don't feel the motivation to look and see the down load links on the top right hand.

Also I don't want to hear any complaints about the forum is too hard to log into.  Its a tuning test not to see if your a bot but to see if your competent enough to discuss anything on the forum or just be a lurker.


P.S. For those who have read this wall of text and then leave a comment I will find you and kill you.

Dehumanizing Assistants

Okay spent the last 2 days laying out the dehumanizing for the assistants.  The event tree is a small 350 lines and that was just a pain in the rear.  But that was the reason it had been ignored for so long.  For those wondering the tree is

milking (not finished) -> Pony Girl or Cow Girl (no pig girls at the moment) -> Farm Animal or House Pet

Just imagine how big it will be once (pig girls, dog girls, cat girls and bunny girls get built.  I really think there should be bunny and cat girls already...

Also these events have no text writers always wanted.

The return of Tera and a few other people

Fixed the rather pesky bug that was causing the blurring images.  Tera, Terresa, and a few other are back are not a wad of image gunk.  The problem when it came it down to... there was no scaling for smaller to bigger just bigger to smaller... resulting in small pictures becoming was to big in weird directions.

More bugs and interface

Added about a dozen class images so there are a lot less "?"  still working on getting rid of all of them.
added a new evekeycheck this was a request by flashnovice for the new nurse class.  Details can be found under evecheck.

Quest books now have an okay button to exit... need a better graphic but they do have a way out now.
Cards while in text mode will give a description of the job.
Some bug fixes.

Also the tutorial is now a lot larger as my internet died yesterday.  Thanks also to DavidDavidson for proofreading the done portions.
