Head vs Ceiling

You ever have one of those days when you think your head is stuck in the ceiling?

Expendable items can now call events.  Why on earth would that be a good thing you might ask.  A couple reasons, one is players deciding to give lactation gems to girls who have already been milked, you know who you are.  This allows me to build specific events to fix issues like that the other reason is stuff can happen when you use an item.  About the only thing right now will be for the tutorial but later on this might be useful for other stuff.

Syntax is easy... just add event to the main tag.

Was something that I had been planing to do for a few months.
