I know the pain of re-encoding content to match a new format. ^^;; The latest release of my game is going to have a much-cleaned API - a great step forward, in both contributor experience, performance and stability - but all the content has to be redone. Doh.
If you haven't seen http://BrothelS.im yet, take a look - I haven't been working on it for nearly as long as you have on this, but I'm pretty pleased with the progress so far.
